All you need to do is shop on our online store, and include your medical aid details at checkout. We’ll send you a paid invoice that you can submit to your medical aid scheme.

Fill in your medical aid details and complete checkout. Choose your preferred payment type.
Submit
We will help you submit a claim. Depending on your scheme, they will reimburse you or us.
We don’t guarantee that it will be covered, so check your coverage before ordering.

What devices can I claim for?
Certain medical aid plans may cover expenses for essential items such as breast pumps, thermometers, and select baby monitors, while with a doctor's prescription, you may also be eligible to claim for a humidifier and nebuliser.
Products that have a NAPPI Code are considered "Medical Aid Approved"
A National Pharmaceutical Product Interference (NAPPI) code is a unique product identifier for price adjudication in an electronic environment. The NAPPI is the only accepted code for product identification by all healthcare funders in South Africa.
Do I need to pay upfront?
For most medical aid schemes, you will need to pay upfront and claim back. We have an arrangement with CAMAF where we can submit directly so you will not need to pay upfront.
Are there any fees or extra costs for claiming?
No. We don't charge any dispensing or other fees like most pharmacies. In fact, our delivery* and returns are also free
*Free delivery applies to orders for R800 and up.
How long does this process usually take?
For most medical aid schemes, expect your device within a week. However, with CAMAF claims, delivery is typically within 1-2 weeks after payment is received. Any copayments will be settled before dispatching your device.
In case of emergencies requiring urgent delivery, we will make special arrangements to ensure prompt access to the necessary products. Please reach out to us if such a situation arises
What secure payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via EFT, instant EFT, debit card, credit card and more. We use a few different payment portals so that you have full control and can choose the payment method that you prefer. We don't currently accept cash on delivery.
