How do I claim for a breast pump or monitor?
Simply shop on our online store, and when placing your order add your medical aid details at checkout. We'll send you an invoice so you can claim back from your scheme.
Do I need to pay upfront?
For most medical aids, yes. We then send you a paid invoice that you can submit to your medical aid for reimbursement.
If you are a CAMAF member then we can also submit your claim directly.
Are there any fees or extra costs?
No. We don't charge any dispensing or other fees like most pharmacies. In fact, our delivery* and returns are also free
*Free delivery applies to orders for R800 and up.What secure payment methods do you accept?
If you are a CAMAF member, we can submit your claim directly. If not, please use one of our other safe & secure payment methods. We accept payment via EFT, instant EFT, debit card, credit card and more. We use a few different payment portals so that you have full control and can choose the payment method that you prefer. We don't currently accept cash on delivery.
