Youha The ONE Express Cups

The Youha The ONE Express Cups are a hands-free milk collection system that fits inside your bra, letting you express directly into the cups without a special pumping bra, dangling bottles or undressing. They connect to a breast pump you already own, so you can turn a traditional setup into a more discreet, hands-free one and get on with other things while you pump.

Each cup holds up to 240 ml, and the breast shields are made from food-grade, frosted silicone for a soft, comfortable seal against the skin. The idea is simple: keep the pumping you're used to, but free up your hands and cut down on the bulk and fuss of holding flanges and bottles in place.

Designed for comfortable, discreet hands-free pumping

Because the cups sit in your bra and you express straight into them, there are no bottles hanging off your flanges and nothing to hold in position throughout a session. That makes them a practical option if you want to move around, work at a desk or keep things low-key while expressing. The silicone breast shields are designed to cushion the seal for a comfortable fit rather than a hard plastic edge.

Works with many leading pump brands

The ONE Express Cups are designed to connect to a range of existing electric pumps rather than replacing your motor, so you can keep the pump you already use. Compatible pumps include models from Medela (Lactina, Symphony, Pump in Style Advance, Sonata, Freestyle, Freestyle Flex, Swing Maxi and Swing), Spectra (S1, S2, M1, 9+, 9S and Synergy Gold), Avent, Cimilre, Unimom, NUK, Horigen, Baby Womb World, Hygeia, Philips Avent, Momcozy, Ameda and Tommee Tippee. It's worth checking your specific model against the compatibility list before ordering.

Sizing and fit

Fit matters for comfortable expressing, and the cups come in two shield-and-insert combinations to help you find yours: a 24 mm flange with a 22 mm insert, or a 28 mm flange with a 26 mm insert. Inserts are also available separately in 20 mm and 18 mm, so you can size down for a more personalised fit if you need to.

The set comes with the shields, converters, valves, membrane caps, tubing adapters and a drawstring storage bag, so you have the parts needed to get set up with a compatible pump.
