How to Use

Stellar-Mama is for oral use and should be taken with food, splitting the daily pack across the day:

1. In the morning, take one white multi-vitamin capsule with breakfast.
2. In the evening, take one white calcium tablet and one omega-3 softgel capsule with dinner.

Take the product two hours before or two hours after other medication. It's intended for use throughout pregnancy and for at least 12 months after giving birth, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised to do so. If you miss a dose, simply continue with your next scheduled dose — don't take a double dose to make up for it.
