Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Organic Cotton: Made from 100% organic cotton that's soft and gentle against baby's delicate skin.
  • Soft and Absorbent: Absorbent enough for a proper bath-time rinse and gentle enough for everyday wipe-downs.
  • Handy Pack of Two: Two washcloths mean one stays in use while the other is in the wash.
  • Easy to Handle: The compact 25 x 25 cm size is simple to control in one hand.
  • Versatile Use: Suited to bath time as well as wiping food-covered cheeks and hands.
  • Machine Washable: Durable enough for machine washing, so they fit straight into your usual laundry routine.
  • Neat Finish: Bound edges help the cloths hold their shape wash after wash.

The Snuggletime Deluxe Washcloths are a set of soft, absorbent baby washcloths made from 100% organic cotton, sized 25 x 25 cm and sold in a pack of two. They give you a small, easy-to-hold cleansing surface for bath time and for the everyday wipe-downs that come with feeding a baby — the kind of basic you always want a few of within reach.

Because the cotton is gentle against delicate skin, these washcloths work well for a proper bath-time scrub as well as quick jobs like wiping baby-food-covered cheeks and hands. The edges are finished with binding to help them hold their shape through repeated use, and they're machine washable, so they slot straight into your usual laundry routine.

Soft, absorbent organic cotton

Made from 100% organic cotton, each cloth is soft and absorbent while staying gentle enough not to scratch or irritate your little one's skin. The compact 25 x 25 cm size makes it easy to control in one hand, whether you're lifting water for a rinse or dabbing skin dry after the bath.

Built for everyday washing

These washcloths are durable enough to withstand machine washing, and the bound edges help keep them neat wash after wash. Coming in a pack of two means you can keep one in use while the other is in the laundry — handy given how quickly washcloths get called into service.
