If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • 3-in-1 in one wash: Cleans, deodorises and softens at the same time, so you're not layering multiple products into every load.
  • Six bio-enzymes: A blend of six enzymes works on different dirt and stains, breaking them down and lifting them from the fibres.
  • Made for cold water: Designed to be effective at low temperatures, so a cold wash still gets the job done.
  • Softens without softener: Gently softens fabrics as it cleans, which means no separate fabric conditioner is needed.
  • Plant-based and biodegradable: A plant-based, biodegradable formulation for parents who want that in their laundry routine.
  • pH neutral: Formulated at a neutral pH.
  • Goes a long way: Small dosing — a teaspoon for hand washing or a single cap per 7kg load.
  • 500ml bottle: Comes as a 500ml bottle with a roughly two-year shelf life.

The Snuggletime Baby Safe Laundry Washing Liquid is a 3-in-1 baby laundry detergent that cleans, deodorises and softens in a single wash. Built around a blend of six bio-enzymes, it's designed to lift everyday soil and tougher marks from baby clothing, bedding and washable textiles — the kind of frequent, stain-heavy loads that come with a new little one in the house.

It's a plant-based, pH-neutral formulation that's designed to work in cold water, so you don't need a hot cycle to get through a wash. The enzymes break down dirt and help stop loosened soil from redepositing back onto the fabric, and the liquid gently softens as it cleans. It comes in a 500ml bottle with a roughly two-year shelf life.

How it Works

  • Six bio-enzyme blend: A mix of six enzymes works on different types of dirt and stains, breaking them down and lifting them away from the fabric fibres.
  • Cold-water cleaning: The formulation is designed to be effective at low temperatures, so it still does its job on a cold wash.
  • Softens as it washes: It gently softens fabrics during the cycle, which is why fabric softener isn't needed on top of it.

How to Use

Dose according to how soiled the load is:

  • Hand wash: 1 teaspoon (5ml) per 1kg of washing.
  • Machine load: 1 cap (35ml) per 7kg washing load.

Disclaimer

Do not add fabric softener when using this detergent — it interferes with the performance of the active enzymes. As with all laundry products, keep the bottle in its original container, out of children's sight and reach.

Care & Maintenance

  • Do not add fabric softener - it will interfere with the performance of the active bacteria enzymes
