Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Made for Moses baskets: Fits the Shnuggle Moses basket and other Moses baskets with matching internal dimensions.
  • Firm, supportive surface: A carefully selected firmness gives your baby steady support rather than a soft, sinking feel.
  • Hypoallergenic foam core: The quilted foam core is made from hypoallergenic material.
  • Sized to fit: Measures 74 x 28 cm, so it sits flat and level inside a matching basket.
  • A fresh start: Ideal as a new mattress for a second-hand basket or for a new baby.

The Shnuggle Quilted Moses Mattress is a replacement mattress made for Moses baskets, giving your baby a firm, flat sleep surface inside the basket. It has a hypoallergenic foam core in a carefully selected firmness, so the mattress offers steady support underneath baby rather than the plush give of a softer surface. It measures 74 x 28 cm and fits the Shnuggle Moses basket, as well as Moses baskets from other brands with matching internal dimensions.

Because a Moses basket mattress forms the sleep surface itself, fit and firmness are what matter most. This one is designed to sit level in the basket and hold its shape, and the quilted foam core keeps the surface firm and supportive for the early weeks and months when your baby is spending a lot of time asleep.

A good fit for your basket

The 74 x 28 cm size suits the Shnuggle Moses basket and works with other Moses baskets of the same internal size. It's worth measuring the inside of your basket before ordering, so the mattress sits snugly with no gaps around the edges and stays flat and level.

How to use

Always use a new mattress if you've bought a second-hand Moses basket, or before using the basket with a new baby. A fresh mattress means a clean, sound sleep surface for each little one.

Best for

The Shnuggle Quilted Moses Mattress is a great option for parents who:

  • Need a replacement mattress for a Shnuggle Moses basket or another Moses basket of the same size
  • Want a firm foam core rather than a soft, plush surface
  • Are setting up a second-hand or handed-down basket and want a new mattress for it

To check it's right for your setup, confirm the internal dimensions of your Moses basket match the 74 x 28 cm mattress size before you order.
