Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

The Pigeon Juice Feeder is a compact 50 ml feeder bottle for offering a breastfed baby small amounts of water, fruit juice or thin soup. Labelled by Pigeon for 6 to 7 months, it uses a silicone nipple with a natural sucking action, so a baby who is used to feeding at the breast can take a drink in a familiar way.
