Mushie Suction Spinner

The Mushie Suction Spinner is a compact sensory toy that sticks to a smooth surface and gives baby something satisfying to reach for, touch and spin. Made from soft silicone with a sturdy suction base, it fixes to a highchair tray, window, bathtub tile or airplane tray table, so there's a calming, repeatable activity within reach whether you're at home or on the move.

Each spinner pairs a playful shape with soft, muted colours and tactile silicone leaves or shapes that turn around a central point. That simple cause-and-effect action — a touch or a swipe rewarded with movement — is exactly the kind of independent, hands-on play babies come back to again and again. It's designed to spark imagination and encourage independent discovery, and the spinning motion invites reaching, grasping and repeating.

Sensory play that stays put

The sturdy suction base is the heart of what makes this toy useful. It keeps the spinner anchored to smooth surfaces, so baby can push and spin without the toy sliding off the tray or ending up on the floor. That makes it a genuinely helpful option for mealtimes, bath time or keeping curious hands busy during travel — the textured elements give both a visual and tactile reward with every turn, which supports early sensory play and encourages fine motor development.

Materials and safety

The spinner is crafted from soft, food-grade silicone together with ABS plastic and POM, and is BPA-, BPS-, PVC- and phthalate-free. It carries a CE marking and is made to the EN 71 toy safety standard. At around 85 g and roughly 12 cm across, it's light and compact enough to slip into a nappy bag for outings.

Keeping it clean

Wash the spinner with warm water and mild soap, then leave it to air dry. Avoid harsh or scented cleaners so the silicone stays in good condition.
