Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...

  • Four Size Options: Choose from 15 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm or 21 mm to match your fit.

  • Food-Safe Silicone: Made from 100% food-grade silicone, with all milk-contact parts BPA-free.
  • Easy to Clean: Wash with warm soapy water or sterilise in hot water — just avoid microwave sterilising.
  • Supports Smoother Expressing: A well-fitting insert helps the breast milk drain more smoothly during pumping.

The Momcozy Flange Insert 4 Pack is a set of replacement flange inserts designed to fit the Momcozy M5, M6 and M9 wearable breast pumps. Slotting inside the existing flange, each insert reduces the tunnel diameter to give you a more personalised fit — helpful if the standard flange feels too large. It's ideal for mothers looking to fine-tune comfort and support smoother expressing, and comes as a value pack of four in a single chosen size.

Getting the right flange size is one of the most overlooked parts of comfortable pumping. Bodies and nipple sizes differ, and a fit that's too big or too small can cause rubbing, squeezing or leaks. These inserts are available in 15 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm and 21 mm, so you can dial in a size that suits you. Made from 100% food-grade silicone, all milk-contact parts are BPA-free and meet stringent safety standards.

How it Works

  • Personalised fit: The insert sits inside the flange to narrow the tunnel, which helps create a more comfortable seal for those who find the standard size too wide.
  • Supports the seal: A better-fitting flange is designed to help enhance the suction process during pumping and can reduce the chances of leaks or discomfort.
  • Smoother draining: A comfortable, well-aligned fit helps the breast milk to drain more smoothly through the flange.

Finding your fit

Choosing the correct flange size matters for both comfort and efficiency. If you notice nipple swelling, rubbing or squeezing during pumping, it may be a sign you need a different size. Measure regularly and change your inserts as your fit changes — it's not unusual for this to shift over your feeding journey.

How to Use

Clean the inserts after each use with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. To sterilise, submerge in hot water (approximately 100°C) for 5–10 minutes. Do not microwave sterilise, as this can cause the parts to melt. Allow the inserts to air dry completely before the next use.

A note on pump maintenance

Some breast pump accessories need replacing regularly to keep your setup performing. If your pump seems to have lost suction, the first thing to check is your parts — particularly the valves — for wear, fraying or stretching, and replace them if needed.

Best For

The Momcozy Flange Insert 4 Pack is a great option for parents who:

  • Use a Momcozy M5, M6 or M9 wearable breast pump and want a more personalised flange fit
  • Experience rubbing, squeezing or leaks and suspect their current flange size is off
  • Want a spare set of inserts on hand so cleaning turnaround never holds up a session

Care & Maintenance

  • Clean after each use with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly
  • For sterilisation, submerge in hot water (~100°C) for 5-10 minutes
  • Do not microwave sterilise, to prevent parts melting
