Goes great with ...
  • Back-Friendly Height: Raises the bath to a height of 1 m, so you can bathe your baby without bending over the tub.
  • Made for Indigo Baths: Specially designed to pair with the Maxi-Cosi Indigo and Indigo Plus baths only.
  • Quick Setup: Unfold the legs, lock the bath in place and attach the two safety straps — no tools required.
  • Compact Folding: Folds flat in seconds for easy storage when bathtime's over.
  • Easy Draining: Comes with a drainage pipe to empty the water before you pack it away.
  • Handy Storage Shelf: Keeps towels, cloths and bath essentials within arm's reach.
  • Suits the Newborn Stage: Designed for use from birth to approximately 15 months.

The Maxi-Cosi Indigo Bath Stand raises the Indigo and Indigo Plus baby baths up to your level, so you can wash your little one without bending over the side of the tub. Standing at a height of 1 m, it brings bathtime up to a back-friendly working height — a real help in those early weeks and months when you're already doing plenty of lifting and leaning. It's designed to make bathing more comfortable for you while keeping your baby positioned within easy reach.

This is a dedicated bath stand rather than a bath in its own right, so it's worth knowing up front that it has been designed to fit only the Maxi-Cosi Indigo and Indigo Plus baths. It sets up in seconds and folds flat just as quickly when bathtime's over, and it comes with a drainage pipe to make emptying the bath before storage simple. A built-in storage shelf gives you somewhere to keep towels, cloths and bath essentials within arm's reach.

How to Use

  1. Unfold the legs of the stand.
  2. Lock the bath in place on the frame.
  3. Attach the two safety straps.
  4. When you're finished, drain the water using the included pipe before folding the stand away.

No tools are required for setup.

Best For

The Maxi-Cosi Indigo Bath Stand is a great option for parents who:

  • Already have (or are buying) the Indigo or Indigo Plus bath and want to raise it to a more comfortable height
  • Want to avoid bending over during bathtime, particularly while recovering after birth
  • Need a stand that sets up quickly and folds flat for storage in a smaller space
  • Would like a storage shelf to keep bath supplies close by

It may not be the right fit if you:

  • Use a different baby bath — the stand fits only the Indigo and Indigo Plus
  • Were hoping to position it over a bidet, as it isn't wide enough for this

Disclaimer

The stand is suitable from birth to approximately 15 months. It's best to stop using the bath on the stand once your baby starts to stand up unaided. As with any bath setup, keep a close eye on your child and stay within reach whenever they're in the bath — a stand does not replace hands-on supervision. The fabric storage shelf is integral to the stand's structure and provides stability, so it should not be removed.

Care & Maintenance

Clean the storage shelf surface with a soapy sponge, then rinse with a clean sponge and allow to air dry.

Drain the water using the included drainage pipe before storing the stand and bath.
