Maccie Muslin Bamboo Swaddle Blanket

The Maccie Muslin Bamboo Swaddle Blanket is a generously sized muslin wrap made from a 70% bamboo and 30% cotton blend, designed to be soft, lightweight and breathable for everyday use with your baby. At 120cm x 120cm, it gives you plenty of fabric to work with, whether you're wrapping a newborn for a supervised cuddle, laying down a clean surface for floor play, or reaching for something to catch the inevitable spills of early feeding.

Muslin is a favourite for its open, airy weave, and the bamboo-cotton blend here keeps things gentle against delicate skin while staying easy to throw in the wash. It's the kind of do-it-all baby blanket that tends to become one of those pieces you're forever grateful to have close by.

One blanket, plenty of everyday uses

Its size and soft muslin construction make this a versatile addition to your baby-gear line-up. You can use it as a:

• Baby swaddle
• Receiving blanket
• Light blanket for supervised, awake moments
• Cot sheet
• Burp cloth
• Nursing shield
• Pram cover
• Play mat or play blanket
• Sun shield over the baby carrier
• Sun protection at the car window

Care

Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle. Skip the tumble dryer — hang or lay flat to dry instead. To speed up indoor drying, point a fan towards the blanket while it dries.

Disclaimer

A swaddle blanket becomes an arm-restricting wrap once it's wrapped, so wrapping technique and fit matter. Follow current safe-sleep guidance and stop swaddling once your baby shows signs of rolling. Loose blankets are not recommended in an infant's sleep space during unattended sleep — keep general blanket use to supervised, awake times.

Pandylane Pro Tip: Because bamboo-blend muslin isn't meant for the dryer, wash it the night before you'll need it and set up a fan nearby — it dries surprisingly quickly indoors, so your favourite wrap is ready to go again in no time.
