The Lansinoh Nursing Breast Pads 24s are ultra-thin, disposable nursing pads designed to absorb leaking breast milk and help keep your clothing dry through the day and night. Slim and contoured to sit naturally inside a bra or against the breast under a top, they're a practical everyday option for managing leakage, whether you're at home, out and about, or catching up on sleep. Each pack contains 24 single-use pads.
Leaking is a normal and highly variable part of breastfeeding, and it doesn't tell you anything about your supply. These breast pads are simply there to soak up the milk that escapes between or during feeds, so you can go about your day feeling a little more comfortable and confident. At the centre of each pad is a BlueLock core, which draws milk away from the skin and locks it inside the pad rather than letting it sit against you or seep through to your clothes.
Designed for comfort and discretion
The pads are ultra-thin and contoured to follow the shape of the breast, so they stay discreet under clothing without adding bulk. A soft stay-dry lining sits against the skin and helps draw moisture away, while the pad is designed to retain its shape even when wet. Two non-slip adhesive strips hold each pad in place inside your bra, so it stays where you put it. They can absorb up to 20 times their own weight in breast milk, and are suitable for both day and night use.
Hygienic and easy to carry
Each pad is individually wrapped, which keeps it clean until you need it and makes it easy to tuck a few into a hospital bag or nappy bag for changes on the go. The pads are single-use, so you simply reach for a fresh one each time.
How to Use
- Wash and dry your hands.
- Open the individual wrapper and unfold the breast pad.
- Remove the backing from both adhesive strips.
- Place the pad inside your bra or top with the soft absorbent side facing the breast.
- Press the adhesive strips firmly into place.
- Replace the pad when it becomes wet or after feeding, as needed.
Replace the pads whenever they feel damp or saturated — a useful general guideline is to change them after each feed, particularly during periods of heavier leakage. Frequent changing helps keep the skin dry and may reduce irritation. You can also wear a pad on the opposite breast during a feed to catch milk released by the let-down reflex; just remove or reposition it before feeding from that side. Use each pad once only and don't reuse a wet or soiled pad. If milk has stayed against the skin for a prolonged period, wash the breast and let the skin dry. Dispose of used pads in a household waste bin rather than flushing them.
Disclaimer
For external use only. Stop use if irritation or an allergic reaction develops, and keep the pads and wrappers out of reach of babies and young children. Do not use damaged or opened pads, and store them in a clean, dry place.
Breast pads manage milk leakage but do not treat mastitis, nipple thrush, blocked ducts, or latch-related nipple damage, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Seek breastfeeding or medical advice if you experience persistent nipple pain, cracked or bleeding nipples, a hot, red or painful area on the breast, fever or flu-like symptoms, a breast lump that does not improve, unusual nipple discharge, or a rash or signs of infection.
