Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 3-5 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

  • GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton: Made from Global Organic Textile Standard certified organic cotton, dyed with non-toxic water-based dyes and free from harmful chemicals.
  • Gentle on Delicate Skin: Reviewed by the Eczema Association of Australasia as skin-friendly and certified non-toxic, making it well suited to sensitive skin.
  • Snug, Secure Fit: An elastic rim grips the mattress to help the sheet stay taut and smooth through the night.
  • Sized for Standard Cots: Measures 130cm x 70cm to suit a standard cot mattress — worth checking against your own mattress first.
  • Light and Breathable: The lightweight cotton blend is soft and breathable, designed to help your baby stay comfortable across the seasons.
  • Easy to Launder: Gentle cold machine wash, low tumble dry and dry cleanable, so it's simple to keep fresh and in rotation.

The ergoPouch Organic Cot Fitted Sheet is a soft, GOTS-certified organic cotton sheet shaped and elasticated to sit snugly over a standard cot mattress. It gives you a washable contact layer for your baby's sleep space — the everyday piece you'll reach for at bedtime and rotate through leaks and laundry — without adding any loose or bunched fabric.

Made from a 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane blend, the sheet is lightweight, breathable and gentle against delicate skin. An elastic rim runs the sheet to grip the mattress and help it stay in place, so the surface stays smoother through the night. At 130cm x 70cm, it's sized for a standard cot mattress — worth checking against your own mattress dimensions before you buy.

Made from GOTS-certified organic cotton

The fabric is Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton, dyed with non-toxic, water-based dyes and free from harmful chemicals. ergoPouch's fabrics are reviewed by the Eczema Association of Australasia as skin-friendly and are certified non-toxic — reassuring if your little one has sensitive or easily irritated skin. The breathable, lightweight weave is designed to help your baby stay comfortable across the seasons.

Care

Keeping the sheet fresh is straightforward: a gentle cold machine wash, low tumble dry, and a moderately hot iron if you like a crisp finish. It's also dry cleanable. Avoid bleach-based stain removers, which can damage the fabric over time.

Safe use

Always use the correctly sized sheet for your mattress. Loose or bunched bedding in your baby's sleep space poses a risk, so make sure the sheet fits snugly and stays taut at every corner.
