More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

This product can be returned anytime within 30 days of receiving your order.

We make returns easy & hassle-free. Request a return from your account or through our chat and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you will need to cover the cost of the return. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange courier and give you an upfront quote direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Once your refund has been approved, you can exchange it for a different product, convert it to store credit or a gift card, or you can request a refund to your original payment method.

The Dooky Baby Support Pillow Insert is a soft, velvety cushion designed to keep your little one comfortable and cradled while you're out and about. It's made to work across the places baby travels through in a day — car seats, strollers, prams, bassinets and bouncers — giving you one insert that moves with you rather than something tied to a single seat.

Measuring 65.5 cm long, 36 cm wide and 6 cm high, it's shaped to provide full-body support and cosiness for babies from 0 to 12 months. The insert is designed to fit both 3-point and 5-point harness systems, so the harness can still be routed through as intended on the seats it's used with.

Comfort that travels with you

Whether you're on a longer road trip or just running errands, the plush, velvety surface helps keep baby feeling snug and settled. Because it suits several travel settings, it's a practical way to add a familiar, cosy layer as you move baby between the pram, the car and a bouncer at home.

Easy to keep clean

Spills, dribbles and everyday mess come with the territory. The whole cushion is washable, so keeping it fresh is simple — a genuine plus for something baby is resting against day in and day out.

Best For

The Dooky Baby Support Pillow Insert is a great option for parents who:

  • Want a soft, cosy layer for baby across car seats, strollers, prams, bassinets and bouncers
  • Are looking for one insert that suits babies from 0 to 12 months
  • Prefer an accessory that fits both 3-point and 5-point harness systems
  • Value a washable cushion that's easy to keep fresh

Disclaimer

When using this insert in a car seat, always follow your car-seat manufacturer's instructions. Car-seat makers and safety authorities generally advise against adding aftermarket products unless they are supplied or specifically permitted for that seat, as extra padding placed under or behind baby can affect how the harness fits. Check that the harness still routes correctly and tightens snugly before every trip, and confirm the insert is permitted for your specific seat model and mode.
