Preorder Policy
Thank you for choosing to preorder with us! To ensure a smooth process with clear expectations, please review this policy. By placing a preorder with us, you agree to all the terms below.

1. What is a Preorder?
1.1. A preorder allows you to reserve an item that is not currently available, such as an item that is temporarily out of stock, or that will be launching soon, by placing an order and making payment in advance.
1.2. By placing a preorder, you agree to purchase the product once it is available, as we will process your order and arrange delivery as soon as the products become available.
1.3. You will make payment at the time of preorder, and the order will only be delivered once the products become available.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Preorders require full payment upfront to secure the product, and to ensure that we can deliver it to you as soon as it becomes available.
2.2. The advertised price at the time of preorders is secured, and you will not need to pay any additional fee if the price of the item increases.
3. Delivery Timelines
3.1. Estimated dispatch or delivery dates are clearly indicated on the product page, but, these are subject to change without notice by the supplier or shipping company.
3.2. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, and where we are aware of the delay, we will notify you promptly.
3.3. Preorders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. You may cancel your preorder at any time before the product has been dispatched.
4.2. Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund, store credit or an exchange, as per our returns policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
5.2. Once the product has been delivered, our standard return policy applies.
6. Modifications to Orders
6.1. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. If you contact us after the order has already been dispatched then there may be additional courier fees to transfer the order to you.
6.2. If you need to change your order, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
6. Ordering In-Stock and Preorder Items Together
6.1. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be dispatched together once all items are available.
6.2. If you need the in-stock items earlier, please contact us to arrange for a separate shipment (additional delivery fees may apply).
6. Updates and Communication
6.1. You will receive email updates about the status of your preorder.
6.2. Once your preorder is dispatched, we will send you tracking information from our courier partners.
6. Unfulfilled Preorders
6.1. In the rare event that the product cannot be delivered due to supplier issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
