Preorders
Thank you for choosing Pandylane! When you place a preorder, you are buying a product before it is available, like if an item is temporarily out of stock or will be launched soon. This way you can be the first to get it when it’s available.
What is a preorder?
A preorder allows you to reserve an item before it is officially available for purchase or delivery. This means you can secure your order for high-demand or limited-stock items and be among the first to receive them when they are restocked.
How do I place a preorder?
You simply order the product the same way as you usually would – add to cart, checkout and pay.
When will my order be delivered?
Preorder items will be delivered as soon as they become available. The estimated dispatch date will be listed on the product page, but, this may change if there are shipping delays or similar issues. We will keep you updated if the estimated delivery date changes.
What if there is a delay?
If the release date changes, we will notify you immediately and keep you updated on your order’s progress. You can also cancel your preorder at any time.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes, you can cancel your preorder anytime before the order is dispatched, and you will be entitled to a full refund. Once you’ve received the product, if it is returnable, you will have up to 30 days to return it, as per our standard Returns Policy.
Can I order in-stock and preorder items together?
Yes, you can. Your order will be delivered in full, including all items, once the preorder item becomes available. If you need the in-stock items earlier, please get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Do I need to pay for the preorder upfront?
Yes, preorders require full payment at checkout to secure the product, and so that we can process the order immediately once the product arrives. We can also offer payment arrangements if you would prefer.
Can I modify my preorder after placing it?
Should you need to modify your order after placing it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve any issue.
What if I order multiple preorder items with different release dates?
Your order will be dispatched once the last item becomes available. If you need an item sooner, please get in touch with us, and we’ll assist you.
Will I be notified when my preorder ships?
Yes, you will receive an email from us and our courier partners with tracking information once your preorder has shipped.
What if I change my address after placing the preorder?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can update your address before the order is dispatched.
What happens if my preorder cannot be fulfilled?
In the rare event that the product does not arrive and we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
