At Pandylane, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless and convenient as possible. Where do you ship to?
We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Standard delivery costs R99, and we provide free shipping for orders over R1000.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes. However, once your order has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed and payment is received, we will begin processing it, which typically takes a few days. During this time, tracking is not available. But, you’ll be able to see the order status on your My Account page, under Orders.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, and you can track the status of your delivery.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product or my order is incomplete?
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct the issue and arrange for any necessary returns or exchanges.
What should I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue quickly, including processing any necessary returns or replacements.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
The total time for processing and delivery depends on the product’s ordered, your location, and if we need to order certain items from our suppliers.
Once payment is received, we begin processing your order, which usually takes 1-3 days, but can take up to 10 days in exceptional circumstances.
After that, your order will be dispatched via one of our delivery partners. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days to most areas, but it does depend on your location.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update it before dispatch.
If your order has already been shipped, let us know immediately, and we will work with the courier to correct the address, where possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, then there may be additional fees (we won’t charge you anything extra, but the couriers may charge an additional fee).
Can I place an order over the phone or via email?
Yes, you can place an order with us over the phone, on WhatsApp, or via email. We will then send you a link to pay, and you can pay securely online or via EFT.
How do I apply a coupons, discount code or gift card to my order?
You can apply discount codes or gift cards at checkout. Simply click the “Have a coupon?” button, enter your code or gift card number, and click “Apply.” If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods through trusted partners, including:
- EFT: Transfer funds via an EFT directly into our bank account. Please send proof of payment to us, and note that your order will only be dispatched once the payment has reflected in our account.
- Paystack: Supports Credit & Cheque Cards (Visa & Mastercard), Debit Cards (Visa & Mastercard), Instant EFT (Absa, Capitec, FNB, Investec, Nedbank, Standard Bank), Scan to Pay, and SnapScan.
- Payfast: Offers payment options via Credit & Cheque Cards (Visa & Mastercard), Instant EFT, Masterpass, Mobicred, SCode, SnapScan, Zapper, and Debit Cards.
- PayJustNow: A buy-now-pay-later option allowing you to pay in 3 equal, interest-free installments.
I am paying by EFT, where can I send my proof of payment?
Please send your proof of payment to hello@pandylane.com so we can confirm receipt and process your order.
Please Note: Your order will only be dispatched once the funds reflect in our account.
Can you submit directly to my medical aid scheme?
For most medical aid schemes, we won’t be able to submit directly. You’ll need to pay upfront and submit the paid invoice to your scheme for reimbursement. We will provide you with an invoice containing all the necessary codes for your claim. If you need a pro forma invoice or want any further info, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
For select medical aid schemes, like CAMAF, we can submit directly to your scheme.
Can I pay in installments or use financing options?
Absolutely! We know that preparing for a baby can come with significant costs, which is why we’ve partnered with PayJustNow. This service allows you to shop online and split your payment into 3 equal, interest-free installments, making it easier to get what you need without laying out all the cash upfront.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
If you need a copy of your invoice, please email us at hello@pandylane.com, and we’ll send it to you as soon as possible.
