Delivery
Thank you for choosing Pandylane! We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your payment is received, we immediately begin processing your order, which typically takes a few days. During this processing period, tracking information will not be available. However, as soon as your order is handed over to our courier partners, you will be able to track it.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver nationwide to all areas within South Africa. Standard delivery costs R99, and we offer free delivery on orders over R1000.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not offer international shipping. If you’re interested in international delivery, please get in touch with us directly to discuss your specific requirements.
How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time for your order depends on the product and your location.
After we receive full payment, we begin processing your order, which typically takes 1-3 days, but can take up to 10 in exceptional circumstances. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched via one of our delivery partners. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery may take longer in outlying or regional areas.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer nationwide delivery at a flat rate of R99, and orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, we will begin preparing your order for shipment. You’ll be able to see your order status on your My Account page, under Orders. Your order will not appear on “Track My Order” until it has been dispatched with a courier partner.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, and you can also track your delivery through our Order Tracking page.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update it before dispatch.
If your order has already been shipped, let us know immediately, and we will work with the courier to correct the address, where possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, then there may be additional fees (we won’t charge you anything extra, but the couriers may charge an additional fee).
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
We typically do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays. However, if your order is urgent, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
The ability to schedule a specific delivery time depends on the courier service handling your delivery. You can contact the courier directly to make any special arrangements.
If you’re based in Johannesburg, the Pandylane team may handle the delivery directly. If you have specific availability concerns, please include a note in the order notes, and we’ll call to arrange a convenient delivery time.
What should I do if my delivery is damaged or missing items?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately. We will take swift action to correct any issues, including processing returns or replacements where necessary.
Can I collect my order from a store or pick-up point?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a click-and-collect option. If you need your order urgently and would prefer to collect it, please reach out to us, and we’ll explore the possibility of accommodating your request.
Can I request special delivery instructions?
Yes, you can add special delivery instructions in the order notes when checking out. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer any locker delivery options?
We currently do not offer any standard locker delivery options, but we can arrange delivery to a locker or courier kiosk if more convenient for you. Please contact us or add a note to your order, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
