Transition to sleep sack – Around the 3-month mark when baby starts to roll
Start to transition baby to a sleep sack when they show signs of rolling. They will need their hands free to assist with this movement. Unzip one arm for a few nights and then the other to help baby gradually adjust to the free feeling of a sleep sack.
