Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Keeps milk cool on the move: A cooler bag and reusable ice block designed to transport expressed breast milk between home, work and travel.
  • Contoured to fit: The ice pack is shaped to sit snugly around your Youha Bottles, so it stays in place in the bag.
  • Reusable ice block: Simply refreeze the ice pack between outings and it's ready to use again.
  • Everything in one set: Comes with the cooler bag and ice pack together, so you're set up straight away.
  • Handy for commutes and work days: A practical way to keep a bottle chilled when your usual fridge isn't nearby.

The Youha Cooler with Reusable Ice Block is a compact cooler bag and ice pack designed to keep expressed breast milk cool while you're on the move. If you're pumping at work, travelling, or facing a long commute, it gives you a simple way to transport milk between where you express it and the fridge or freezer at home.

The contoured ice pack is shaped to sit snugly around your Youha Bottles, so it settles into place rather than shifting around loosely in the bag. Because the ice block is reusable, you simply refreeze it between outings and it's ready for the next trip.

Made for pumping on the go

Milk storage on the move is one of the quieter challenges of expressing away from home, and having a dedicated cooler takes some of the guesswork out of it. This set comes with the cooler bag and ice pack together, so you have what you need to carry a chilled bottle without piecing together separate items. It's a practical companion for return-to-work routines and days out when your usual fridge isn't within reach.
