If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

The Tommee Tippee On The Go Straw Cup is a 500 ml toddler drink bottle designed for little ones aged 18 months and up, made for busy days of playing, learning and exploring. It's a sporty straw cup with a soft silicone straw and a push-to-open lid, so your toddler can take their own water bottle from home to crèche and back without you worrying about a wet nappy bag.

What sets it apart is the combination of a bite-resistant silicone straw and a two-piece valve that's engineered to help stop spills. The push-to-open lid folds down over the straw between sips, which helps keep it clean while the bottle is tucked into a bag or bouncing around the pram. A comfy carry handle gives small hands something to grip, and the bright, colourful design is made with growing toddlers in mind.

Built for toddlers on the move

At 500 ml, it holds enough to keep a toddler hydrated through a morning of activity, and the sturdy, sporty build is made to handle being carried, dropped and rediscovered. The wide silicone straw is soft and gentle on gums, yet tough enough to stand up to tiny teeth, so it stays usable as your toddler grows more independent with drinking.

How it works

  • Two-piece valve: A smart, specially engineered valve helps stop spills when the cup is knocked or tipped during play.
  • Push-to-open lid: The lid clicks open when it's time to drink and folds down over the soft silicone straw between sips, helping to keep the straw clean on the go.
  • Bite-resistant straw: The wide silicone straw flexes gently against gums while being tough enough to withstand toddler teeth.

Easy to keep clean

Cup learning always comes with a cleaning routine, and this straw cup is straightforward to look after. All the pieces are dishwasher safe and the bottle is safe for the steriliser, so you can take it apart and give the straw and valve a proper clean. The whole cup is completely BPA-free.

Best For

The Tommee Tippee On The Go Straw Cup is a great option for parents who:

  • Have a toddler around 18 months or older who is confident drinking through a straw
  • Want a larger 500 ml bottle to keep a child hydrated through longer, active days
  • Need a cup with a covered straw that stays cleaner inside a nappy bag or pram
  • Prefer parts that come apart for dishwasher and steriliser cleaning

It may not be the best fit if you're looking for a smaller first cup for a baby just starting solids, or a free-flow open cup for practising drinking at the table.
