Stellar Activ-Folate Daily Folate Supplement

The Stellar Activ-Folate Daily Folate Supplement is a once-daily folate supplement that provides 500 µg of folate as (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate — the biologically active form of folate that is ready for direct use by the body. It's designed to give nutritional folate support during the stages when folate needs and deficiency risk are highest, including before conception, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Because it uses the active (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate form rather than requiring the body to convert it first, it may also be useful where folate metabolism or absorption is impaired, or where medicines can affect folate status. Each peach-coloured, round, film-coated tablet is vegan-friendly and Halaal, and the supplement is available in packs of 30 or 120 tablets.

How it works

How to use

1. Adults: take one peach-coloured tablet daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
2. Take the tablet with food.
3. Take Activ-Folate two hours before or two hours after other medicines.
4. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a healthcare professional.

If you miss a dose, don't take a double dose to make up for it — simply continue with your next dose as usual. Store at or below 25°C, protect from light and moisture, keep the blister strips in the outer carton, and keep out of reach of children.
