Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

The Spectra Replacement Airflow Cap is the small silicone part that lets you switch from double to single pumping. When you only want to express on one side, it seals the unused pump port so suction stays on the active side and the closed system stays intact. Your pump comes with one already, so this is a handy spare to keep on hand if yours goes missing or wears out.

Single pumping is genuinely useful in the moments when double pumping isn't practical — when you're multitasking, working around a temporary latch issue, or simply want to express one side at a time. Popping the air cap over the empty port keeps everything sealed so the pump can maintain its vacuum where you need it. It's compatible with the Spectra S1, S2, Synergy Gold and Dual Compact breast pumps.
