The Spectra Q Portable Breast Pump is a compact, lightweight electric breast pump built around one job: expressing when you're away from home and can't carry a larger pump with you. At just 160 grams it's about as small as breast pumping gets, yet it still gives you adjustable suction and speed across two modes. It arrives set up as a single pump and can be converted to a double pump later by adding a second breast shield set and bottle (sold separately), so you can start small and adapt as your routine changes.

It's a traditional electric pump with a closed system, powered either from the wall using the included AC adaptor or from a power bank via a USB-C cable (the power bank and USB-C cable aren't included). Two modes with adjustable control

The Q uses two-phase expressing, so you can start in let-down (massage) mode to encourage flow, then switch to expression mode to draw milk. Let-down mode offers five settings ranging from 66 to 108 cycles per minute, and expression mode offers five speed and strength combinations ranging from 25 to 52 cycles per minute, with a maximum suction strength of 300 mmHg. A built-in memory function remembers your most recent settings, so you don't have to reset everything at the start of each session.

The Q comes with a 24 mm breast shield as standard. Because a comfortable, well-sized flange makes a real difference to how expressing feels, other breast shield sizes and inserts are available separately if you'd like to fine-tune the fit. All attachments that come into contact with your milk are BPA free.
