Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

The SoPure Dishwashing Liquid in Purifying Lemongrass is a hand-wash dish soap for everyday kitchen clean-up, formulated to cut through grease and grime and rinse away residue-free. If you're looking for a dishwashing liquid to work into a home with a baby in it — washing bottles, bowls, high-chair trays and the day's dishes — this one pairs a plant-derived surfactant base with a fresh lemongrass scent.

It's built around coconut- and palm-derived surfactants, with lemon juice concentrate adding to the degreasing, so it lifts baked-on and greasy soil while staying pleasant to use. SoPure describes the formula as gentle on hands, which helps when you're at the sink often. It's South African made in Johannesburg and comes in three sizes — 500 ml, 1 litre and a 5 litre refill size — so you can match it to how much washing up your household gets through.

What's in it (and what's left out)

The cleaning power comes from coconut- and palm-derived surfactants, with lemon juice concentrate and lemongrass and orange essential oils giving it its purifying citrus aroma. It's free from petrochemicals, nonylphenols, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and synthetic fragrances. The full ingredient list is provided on the listing if you'd like to check it against any household sensitivities.

How to Use

  1. Pull the cap and squirt roughly 10 ml into your sink under warm-to-hot running water.
  2. Mix the water well to build up a good foam.
  3. Wash with a damp sponge, brush or cloth.
  4. Rinse as normal.

✔ Lemon-boosted degreasing to tackle stubborn, greasy soil
✔ Built on coconut- and palm-derived surfactants
✔ Free from petrochemicals, nonylphenols, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and synthetic fragrances
