Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

The Sophie la Girafe Sophiesticated Maracas Teething Set pairs two of the range's best-loved pieces in one beautifully presented gift box: an Original Sophie la girafe teether and a Soft Maracas rattle. It's a ready-to-give set built around awake, hands-on play — something for baby to grasp and mouth, and something to shake, turn and explore — making it an easy choice when you're shopping for a new-baby or baby-shower gift.

At the heart of the set is the Original Sophie la girafe, a design that has been made using traditional methods in France for over 54 years. She's shaped for little hands to hold and bring to the mouth, giving a soft chewing surface for a baby who is starting to gnaw and explore. Alongside her, the Soft Maracas invites shaking and turning, so the set works across different play moments rather than doing just one thing.

Sensory play across sound, colour, texture and shape

The Soft Maracas is designed to develop baby's senses through sound, colour, texture and shape. It has an ergonomic handle made for a small grip, multi-coloured beads that swirl around a Sophie figure, more beads that turn in a revolving stick, and a textile ball with different textures to feel. Together with the teether, it gives baby varied things to look at, listen to and handle during supervised play.

Made of natural rubber

The Original Sophie la girafe teether is made of 100% natural rubber and finished with food-quality paint. Natural rubber has a soft, yielding feel that suits mouthing and chewing, and Sophie's slim shape and long limbs are easy for a baby to grasp and reposition.

A gift ready to give

Presentation is part of what you're buying here. The set arrives in a premium gift box with a contemporary, refined look, and includes a Sophie la girafe branded gift bag finished with a satin bow, plus a gift card you can personalise with your own message — so there's nothing extra to wrap or add before you hand it over.

Disclaimer

This set is intended for awake, supervised play. Teethers and rattle toys should not be attached around a baby's neck or left in the sleep space, and baby should be supervised while using them. Check both pieces regularly for any signs of wear or damage, and replace them if you notice any.
