Sophie la Girafe Rattle With Handle

The Sophie la Girafe Rattle With Handle is a handheld baby rattle built around a spinning ball that features the well-loved Sophie la girafe character. The handle gives baby something easy to hold onto, so little hands can grip, shake and turn the toy during those first bouts of reach-and-grasp play.

As baby moves the rattle, the ball revolves to show Sophie la girafe twirling round, while colourful beads inside shake up and make a gentle rattling sound. It's a simple bit of cause-and-effect play: baby moves the toy, and something happens to look at and listen to — inviting them to explore both sight and sound.

What baby can do with it

• Grip the handle and shake to hear the beads rattle
• Spin the ball to watch Sophie la girafe twirl round
• Track the moving beads and character with their eyes

How it works

• Easy-grip handle: The handle is shaped for baby's small hands to hold, making it easier to pick up, shake and turn.
• Revolving ball: The ball turns to reveal Sophie la girafe twirling, giving baby a visual reward for moving the toy.
• Beads inside: Colourful beads sit within the ball and make a rattling sound when shaken, adding auditory feedback to the play.

A ready-to-give gift

The rattle arrives in a classic Sophie la girafe gift box, so it's ready to hand over as a present without extra wrapping — a practical option if you're shopping for a baby shower or a new arrival.
