Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Goes great with ...
  • A set of two: Includes a race car and a New York taxi, each carrying the Sophie la girafe design.
  • Push-and-spin play: Driving a car forward makes the wheel where Sophie sits spin on itself, giving a fun cause-and-effect moment.
  • Visual contrast: One colourful Sophie side and one black-and-white side offer different visual stimulation for baby.
  • Easy to grasp: The small size and rounded shape are made for little hands to hold and push.
  • Encourages exploration: Rolling the cars gives baby a chance to practise motor skills and enjoy early imaginative play.
  • From 10 months and up: Suited to babies and toddlers at this stage, and ready to give as a milestone gift.

The Sophie la Girafe Car Toy Set is a pair of little rolling cars designed for babies and toddlers from 10 months and up. Each push-along car carries the familiar Sophie la girafe design, and the set brings together two vehicles for open-ended play — a race car and a New York taxi — making it an easy, ready-to-give option for a first-birthday or milestone gift.

These are small, rounded cars made to be picked up, pushed and explored by little hands. As baby drives a car forward, the wheel where Sophie sits spins on itself, giving a simple cause-and-effect moment that invites baby to do it again. One side shows the colourful Sophie design, while the other is black and white for visual stimulation — a gentle way to draw a younger baby's attention.

How it works

  • Push-and-spin wheel: Rolling a car forward sets the wheel bearing Sophie spinning on its own, giving baby a repeatable cause-and-effect action to discover.
  • Two contrasting sides: Each car has a colourful Sophie side and a black-and-white side, offering different visual stimulation as baby looks and turns the toy.
  • Shape made for small hands: The compact size and rounded form are easy to grasp, so baby can hold and manoeuvre the cars independently.

What the set encourages

Pushing the cars along gives baby a chance to practise motor skills, while the two vehicle designs open the door to early imaginative play. Because it's a set of two, there's a car for each hand — handy for shared play or simply keeping a busy toddler occupied.
