The Sophie la Girafe Car Sheaths are a set of two black universal sun visors that slip over your car's rear window frames to shade baby from direct sunlight during a drive. Designed to pull on "like a sock" over the door window, they give little ones a shadier, more comfortable spot on bright, sunny trips — and each one carries a print of Sophie la girafe on the inside of the car, for baby to spot along the way.

Because they fit over the window frame rather than clip on, these car window shades suit most vehicles, and the fabric can be slipped off just as easily when you don't need it. At 56 x 59 cm each, they cover a generous area of the side window, and they're machine washable at 30°C for when sticky fingers and travel days take their toll.

Easy to fit and remove

The sock-style design stretches over the door's window frame, so there are no suction cups or clips to fuss with. Position each visor over the side windows where baby sits, and take them off again when the journey's done.

Shade for sunny travel

These visors are made to reduce direct sun and glare over the covered part of the window, which can make longer, brighter journeys more comfortable for baby. Bear in mind that a shade covers a section of the glass — it doesn't cool a parked car, and it isn't a substitute for keeping baby out of a hot vehicle.
