Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • 100% waterproof: A waterproof barrier helps protect the mattress foam from bottle spills, leaky nappies and spit-up.
  • Full coverage: Shaped to cover the mattress and sit under a fitted sheet for consistent protection across the sleep surface.
  • Quilted, soft top: A quilted layer gives the protector a soft finish while the fabric is designed to be breathable.
  • Fits multiple beds: Available in options to suit a Standard Cot, Large Cot, Standard Camp Cot and Large Camp Cot.
  • Easy clean-up: Washable, so you can strip and refresh the cot after a leak instead of cleaning the mattress itself.

The Snuggletime Quilted Mattress Protector is a waterproof, quilted cover that sits over your baby's cot mattress to shield the foam from the spills that are simply part of cot life — leaky nappies, knocked bottles and the occasional spit-up. Because babies spend so much of their day and night sleeping, the mattress takes the brunt of it, and this protector gives you a washable barrier between the mess and the foam underneath.

It's designed to sit taut beneath a fitted sheet, offering full coverage across the sleep surface while the quilted top adds a soft feel. It comes in options to suit a Standard Cot, Large Cot, Standard Camp Cot and Large Camp Cot, so you can match it to the bed you're using.

How it works

  • Waterproof barrier: The protector is 100% waterproof, helping to protect the mattress foam from spills, leaks and everyday accidents so the surface underneath stays clean and dry.
  • Full coverage: It's shaped to cover the mattress rather than just lie loosely on top, which keeps protection consistent across the sleep surface.
  • Quilted, breathable top: The quilted layer gives a soft finish while the fabric is designed to be breathable against the waterproof backing.

Keeping it practical

Being washable makes overnight clean-up far more manageable — you can strip and refresh the cot after a leak instead of trying to clean and dry the mattress itself. Keeping a spare on hand means you're not left without cover while one is in the wash.

Best for

The Snuggletime Quilted Mattress Protector is a good option for parents who:

  • Want to keep a cot or camp-cot mattress protected from leaks and spills
  • Prefer a fitted-style, full-coverage protector under the sheet
  • Need a washable layer to make night-time clean-ups easier

Please note

For infant sleep, the protector should sit smoothly and taut beneath a snug fitted sheet, without adding looseness or bunching to the surface. A firm, flat mattress covered only by a fitted sheet remains the reference safe-sleep setup, and a protector supports hygiene rather than replacing safe-sleep guidance. Check the size option against your exact mattress before use.
