Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Ventilated foam core: Full-depth ventilation holes run right through the foam, allowing air to move through the mattress.
  • Soft bamboo cover: The quilted bamboo fabric has a soft, luxurious feel that's often noted as softer than cotton.
  • Zip-off, removable cover: The cover unzips from the foam core, so you can take it off to freshen it up rather than washing the whole mattress.
  • Sized for cots and camp cots: Listed to suit a Standard Cot, Large Cot, Standard Camp Cot and Large Camp Cot at 117 x 55 x 8 cm.
  • Light to handle: At just 1.26 kg, it's easy to lift when you're changing a sheet.
  • Year-round choice: Bamboo is a breathable, comfortable fabric suited to use across the seasons.
  • Non-toxic foam treatment: The Snuggletime foam carries Nanotect, a non-toxic treatment applied to the core.

The Snuggletime Nanotect Bamboopaedic Mattress is a ventilated foam cot mattress finished with a soft, quilted bamboo cover. It's made to serve as the sleep surface inside a cot or camp cot, and comes with a removable, zip-off cover that makes everyday care and laundering more manageable.

The foam core is built with full-depth ventilation holes that run right through the mattress, allowing air to move through the core. The foam itself carries Nanotect, a non-toxic treatment applied to the Snuggletime foam. At 117 cm long, 55 cm wide and 8 cm thick, and weighing just 1.26 kg, it's a light mattress to lift when you're changing a sheet.

A soft, removable bamboo cover

The cover is a quilted bamboo fabric in cream, a natural fibre chosen for its soft, luxurious feel that's often noted as softer than cotton. It's a zip-off design, so you can remove it from the foam core when it needs freshening up rather than washing the whole mattress. Bamboo is a comfortable, breathable choice for year-round use.

Sizing and fit

The mattress measures 117 cm (L) x 55 cm (W) x 8 cm (H) and is listed to suit a Standard Cot, Large Cot, Standard Camp Cot and Large Camp Cot. Because a mattress needs to sit firm, flat and level with no gaps around the edges, it's worth measuring the inside of your own cot or camp cot before ordering to confirm this size fits your exact model snugly.

Disclaimer

For infant sleep, the safest setup is a firm, flat, level mattress that fits the sleep product with no gaps, covered only by a snug fitted sheet, with baby placed on their back. Keep the sleep space clear of loose bedding, pillows and added padding, and always follow the instructions for your cot or camp cot.
