The Snuggletime Inclined to Sleep is an inclined foam sleep positioner with two curved, adjustable side wedges. A gently sloped base raises baby's head and upper body rather than lying flat, while the curved bolsters fasten with Velcro so you can widen or narrow the cradle to suit your baby and hold a back or side position.
Snuggletime positions the raised design as a way to help ease the discomfort some babies feel with reflux, nasal congestion and earache by keeping the head and chest slightly elevated. It's a compact wedge — about 45 cm long and 32 cm wide with a 9 cm rise — and light at 0.48 kg, so it's easy to move between rooms.
How it works
- Gentle incline: The sloped foam base lifts baby's head and upper body slightly above the feet — the design's defining feature.
- Adjustable side wedges: Two curved bolsters fasten with Velcro, so you can set the width to your baby and keep the position.
- Curved foam support: The wedges are shaped to cradle baby rather than using firm, straight edges.

Best for
This is an option for parents who:
- are specifically looking for an inclined positioner and have talked it through with their clinic or paediatrician
- want an adjustable-width wedge they can set to their baby's size
It may not be the right fit if you're following a flat, firm safe-sleep set-up with nothing else in the cot — please read the note below.
Please note
Current safe-sleep guidance recommends placing baby on their back on a firm, flat, non-inclined surface with nothing else in the sleep space, and specifically advises against sleep positioners. These products carry a recognised risk of suffocation and have no proven benefit for reflux or for reducing SIDS, so this wedge does not align with safe-sleep guidance. The reflux, congestion and earache points above are the manufacturer's stated design intent, not established medical benefits. If you're considering it, please speak to your clinic, paediatrician or healthcare provider first, use it only as directed, keep baby supervised, and never leave baby unattended on it.
Pandylane pro tip
If reflux is what's drawing you to a positioner, it's worth raising with your clinic or paediatrician before you buy. For many babies reflux eases with small feeding and winding changes, and current guidance is to keep sleep flat and supervised — so you can weigh up what's right for your little one with the full picture.
