Measuring 198 cm x 23 cm, it's the breathable inner layer designed to sit within a cot bumper cover, made from an air-permeable fabric that lets warm air pass through the material rather than sit against a solid surface.

As the padded core of a cot bumper setup, the inner is what the outer cover is fitted over. The full-depth holes are designed to allow warm air to move through and disperse, which the manufacturer describes as helping keep things cooler and more comfortable.
