Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Looks Like the Real Thing: Designed to resemble a grown-up toilet, it gives your toddler a familiar place to practise the routine they see every day.
  • Rewarding Flush Sound: A realistic flushing sound plays each time your toddler uses it, adding a fun moment to the potty training process.
  • Cushioned Comfort: The soft, cushioned seat keeps sitting comfortable, which helps when you're encouraging a little one to stay put.
  • Stable Base: A non-slip base helps keep the potty steady on the bathroom floor as your toddler climbs on and off.
  • Easy to Clean: The reservoir lifts out for simple emptying and cleaning, with a lid that closes over the top.
  • Suited to Toddlers: Can be used from 18 months and up to 20 kg.

The Snuggletime Comfort Toilet Potty is a standalone floor potty designed to look and sound like a real toilet, giving your toddler a familiar, child-sized place to practise using the loo. With a cushioned seat, a realistic flushing sound and an easy-to-clean bowl, it's made to make those first steps into potty training feel less daunting and a bit more fun.

Every child moves through toilet learning at their own pace, and having equipment that feels approachable can help. This little toilet mirrors the grown-up version your toddler sees every day, so the routine feels recognisable rather than strange — a gentle way to invite them to join in when they're ready.

Why toddlers take to it

The realistic flushing sound plays each time your toddler uses the potty, giving them a small, satisfying moment that mimics the real thing. The soft, cushioned seat keeps sitting comfortable, which matters when you're encouraging a little one to stay put long enough to go. A non-slip base helps the potty stay stable and in place on the bathroom floor while they climb on and off.

Easy to clean and tidy away

The reservoir lifts out for easy emptying and cleaning, and the lid closes over the top — handy for keeping things neat between uses. As anyone in the thick of potty training knows, quick, fuss-free cleanup makes the whole process far more manageable day to day.

Best For

The Snuggletime Comfort Toilet Potty is a great option for parents who:

  • Want a floor-standing potty that resembles a real toilet to help a toddler feel at ease
  • Are looking for a cushioned seat and a stable, non-slip base
  • Prefer a removable reservoir and a lid that closes for simpler cleaning and storage

It can be used from 18 months and up to 20 kg.

Disclaimer

Every child develops the awareness and skills for toilet learning at a different time, and accidents and setbacks are a normal part of the process. A potty provides a child-sized place to practise; it can't create readiness or set a timetable. If you have concerns about your child's toileting, constipation or discomfort, it's best to speak to a healthcare professional.
