Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

 • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
 • It’s single-use
 • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

The Snuggletime Baby Safe Nursery and Toy Cleaner is a probiotic-based cleaner and sanitiser made for the surfaces and toys your little one lives around every day. Instead of relying on harsh chemistry, it uses a blend of multi-strain bacillus spores together with a plant-based soap to break down and lift stubborn dirt and grime from nursery surfaces, hard toys, change areas and everyday baby gear. It comes as a 500 ml spray, so you can reach for it quickly when a spill, a sticky toy or a general nursery tidy-up calls for it.

Because it is a spray-and-wipe probiotic cleaner, it fits neatly into the routine cleaning most homes need day to day. The formulation is plant-based, biodegradable and pH neutral, with natural colourants and a fresh fragrance, and the manufacturer notes it is designed to sanitise as it cleans — stating that it eliminates 99% of harmful bacteria within 30 seconds. Following the directions, no rinsing is required, which keeps it practical for busy days.

How it works

 • Probiotic cleaning action: A blend of multi-strain bacillus spores works to break down and remove dirt, grime and organic matter from the surface you are cleaning.
 • Plant-based soap: Paired with the spores, the plant-based soap helps lift everyday mess so it can be wiped away.
 • Activation time: A few minutes are allowed after spraying to let the formulation get to work before you wipe.

Key Ingredients

Multi-strain bacillus spores What it does: Provides the fast-acting probiotic action that breaks down and removes dirt and bacteria.
Why it works: The blend is the active part of the bio formulation, doing the cleaning and sanitising work across nursery surfaces and toys.
Plant-based soap What it does: Helps loosen and lift everyday grime and residue.
Why it works: A plant-derived, biodegradable base keeps the formulation pH neutral and easy to wipe away.

How to Use

 1. Spray onto the surface to be cleaned.
 2. Allow a few minutes for the enzymes to activate.
 3. Wipe the surface with a clean sponge or cloth.
 4. Air dry — no rinsing required.

Best For

The Snuggletime Baby Safe Nursery and Toy Cleaner is a great option for parents who:

 • Want a plant-based, biodegradable cleaner for nursery surfaces and hard toys
 • Prefer a pH-neutral formulation with a fresh, natural fragrance
 • Like a spray-and-wipe product that fits into everyday cleaning without a separate rinse step
 • Share their home with pets, as the formulation is described as pet friendly

Disclaimer

Different toys and baby gear are made from different materials — hard plastic, fabric, foam, wood, straps and electronics all behave differently — so spot-test on an inconspicuous area first and follow the manufacturer's care instructions for safety-critical items such as car seats, prams and harnesses. Cleaning and sanitising are separate steps; use the product for the task it is intended for and keep it in its original container, out of children's reach.
