Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres

Regional & Outlying

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Bio-enzyme formula: Uses an enzyme-based formulation to break down stubborn stains and the odours that come with them.
  • Gentle on delicates: Suitable for delicate fabrics, so it can be used across your baby's everyday washing.
  • Safe on colours: Designed to treat stains without stripping colour from coloured garments.
  • Made with natural ingredients: A natural bio-formulation that the maker describes as pH neutral and biodegradable.
  • Simple pre-treat routine: Rub in, leave for 20–30 minutes, then wash as usual — with an overnight soak option for tougher marks.
  • Fits your usual wash: Works as a pre-wash treatment alongside your normal machine or hand-wash cycle.

The Snuggletime Baby Safe Laundry Stain Remover is a bio-enzyme stain treatment for tackling the marks that come with everyday baby life — milk, food, and nappy leaks on clothing, bedding, and other washable textiles. You work it into the fabric before a normal wash, where the enzyme formula gets to work breaking down stubborn stains and the odours that go with them.

It's designed for use on delicate fabrics and is safe on colours, so it can slot into your usual laundry routine rather than needing a separate system. The formula is made from natural ingredients and is described by the maker as pH neutral and biodegradable, which makes it a practical option if you'd prefer a gentler-feeling stain treatment for your baby's washing.

How it works

  • Bio-enzyme action: The enzymes in the formula break down the proteins and residues that hold stains and odours in the fabric, helping to lift them during the wash.
  • Pre-treat, then wash: Applying it before the wash gives the enzymes time to activate on the stain before your machine or hand-wash cycle does the rest.

How to use

For everyday stains:

  1. Gently rub the stain remover into the fabric.
  2. Allow it to activate for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Wash as usual.

For tough stains, spray the stained area, leave it overnight, and then wash as usual. Repeat the process if needed.

Best for

The Snuggletime Baby Safe Laundry Stain Remover is a good fit for parents who:

  • Deal with regular baby stains on clothing and bedding and want a dedicated pre-wash treatment
  • Prefer a bio-enzyme formula made from natural ingredients
  • Need something that works on delicate fabrics and is safe on colours

Good to know

As with any stain treatment, it's worth testing on a small, hidden area first when using it on delicate or brightly coloured fabrics. Keep it stored in its original container, out of children's sight and reach.
