Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Enzyme-powered cleaning: A multi bio-enzyme formula breaks down and removes embedded dairy fats, proteins and juice residues from bottles and teats.
  • Concentrated value: Just one capful (35ml) in 5 litres of warm water makes up a soaking solution, so the 500ml bottle stretches across many washes.
  • Made for feeding items: Designed for cleaning bottles, teats and accessories — the small, fiddly parts that need cleaning several times a day.
  • Fragrance-free and pH neutral: A clear liquid with no added fragrance and a neutral pH, keeping added scents away from feeding equipment.
  • Gentler formulation: Described as non-toxic, made without chemical detergents and using a natural surfactant and preservative.
  • Household and pet friendly: Noted by Snuggletime as pet friendly and formulated to be non asthma and non allergy sensitive.
  • Kinder to the environment: A 100% biodegradable, plant-based bio formulation.
  • Long shelf life: Keeps for up to 2 years, so you can restock ahead.

The Snuggletime Baby Safe Bottle and Teat Cleaner is a concentrated, enzyme-based cleaning liquid made for washing baby bottles, teats and feeding accessories. Rather than relying on harsh detergents, it uses a multi bio-enzyme formula to break down and lift away the milk residue that builds up through the day, making it a practical option if you're looking for a gentler way to clean the many small feeding parts that pass through your kitchen.

It comes as a 500ml concentrate, so a little goes a long way — one capful (35ml) diluted in 5 litres of warm water makes up a soaking solution for a batch of bottles at a time. The liquid is clear, fragrance-free and pH neutral, which suits parents who prefer to keep added colourants and scents away from their baby's feeding equipment.

How it works

  • Multi bio-enzyme formula: Concentrated bio-enzymes penetrate into surface pores and crevices, reaching into the parts of a bottle and teat that are easy to miss.
  • Breaks down residue: The active enzymes work to break down and remove embedded dairy fats, proteins and juice residues, which is what makes stubborn milk build-up easier to wash away.
  • Natural bio formulation: The formula is made from aqua, a three-enzyme blend, a natural surfactant, nutrients and a natural preservative — a plant-based approach designed to clean without chemical detergents.

How to use

  1. Shake well so the bio-enzymes are evenly dispersed.
  2. Dilute 1 cap (35ml) in 5 litres of warm water.
  3. Soak dirty bottles and accessories for 15 minutes.
  4. Wash with a cleaning brush or cloth.
  5. Rinse with clean water.
  6. Drip dry on a drying rack.

As with any feeding-item cleaning routine, take bottles fully apart before soaking so the solution reaches every valve and channel, and rinse with clean water before drying.

Good to know

  • Fragrance-free and pH neutral: No added fragrance and a neutral pH, using natural colourants where present.
  • Gentler household choice: Described by Snuggletime as non-toxic, 100% biodegradable, pet friendly and formulated to be non asthma and non allergy sensitive.
  • Shelf life: Keeps for up to 2 years.

Please note: This is a wash-and-soak cleaning product. Cleaning removes milk residue and soil; if your feeding routine or healthcare guidance calls for a separate sterilising or sanitising step, follow that method and the instructions for your equipment. Always follow the dilution and rinse directions on the label.
