Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 1-2 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Coordinated nursery set: Includes a quilt, a pillow and a plain white pillowcase for a matched, finished look.
  • Reversible quilt: Flip the quilt to change up the look and get more use out of a single piece.
  • Neutral elephant theme: A gentle mom-and-baby elephant design in grey and pink that suits any nursery.
  • Generous quilt size: The quilt measures 80 cm x 110 cm, while the pillow and case measure 24 cm x 34 cm.
  • Fits cots and camp cots: Sized to suit both standard cots and camp cots.
  • Polyester throughout: All three pieces are made from polyester.
  • Removable pillowcase: The plain white pillowcase lifts off for easy laundering.

The Snuggletime 3-Piece Quilt Set is a nursery linen set that brings a coordinated, cosy look to a cot or camp cot. It pairs a reversible quilt with a matching pillow and a plain white pillowcase, decorated with a gentle mom-and-baby elephant theme in grey and pink. The neutral characters work equally well for a baby boy or baby girl, making it an easy pick if you're pulling a nursery look together or shopping for a gift.

The quilt measures 80 cm x 110 cm and is reversible, so you can flip it to change the look and get more use out of a single piece. The pillow and its removable pillowcase measure 24 cm x 34 cm. All three pieces are made from polyester and are sized to suit both standard cots and camp cots.

A coordinated look for the nursery

Because the quilt reverses, you effectively get two looks in one, and the plain white pillowcase keeps things simple and easy to match with the rest of your linen. It's a practical way to add warmth and a finished feel to a toddler bed, a play space, or a styled cot once your child is past the infant stage.

Please note

Quilts and pillows are loose bedding and are not part of a safe infant sleep space. Current safe-sleep guidance recommends that a baby sleeps on a firm, flat surface covered only by a snug fitted sheet, with no loose bedding, pillows or added padding in the sleep space. Keep the quilt and pillow out of the cot while your baby is sleeping, and introduce them only when your child is older and ready for them. Always follow the safe-sleep guidance appropriate to your child's age and stage.
