Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Supports independence: Gives little ones a boost to reach the toilet, sink or kitchen counter so they can do more for themselves.
  • Non-slip grip: The non-slip surface and base are designed to add stability, even on wet bathroom floors.
  • Comfortable underfoot: The soft-to-touch top makes it a comfy place for little feet to stand.
  • Hygienic, easy-clean top: An anti-bacterial, wipe-clean surface keeps it fresh after messy moments.
  • Light yet sturdy: Lightweight enough to carry from room to room, but sturdy to stand on.
  • BPA free: Made without BPA for everyday use around the home.
  • Blends in at home: A stylish, simple design made to complement your space.

The Shnuggle Step Stool is a lightweight step stool designed to give little ones a boost to the places they can't quite reach yet — whether that's climbing onto the toilet or a toilet-seat reducer during potty training, getting to the bathroom sink to wash their hands, or standing alongside you to help out in the kitchen. By giving them a stable place to stand, it supports them to do more for themselves and build confidence as they grow.

The top is soft to the touch, so it's comfortable underfoot, while a non-slip surface and non-slip base are designed to add grip and stability — including on wet bathroom floors — for a little extra peace of mind. It's sturdy enough to stand on but light enough to carry from the bathroom to the kitchen and back, and the anti-bacterial, easy-to-clean top wipes down quickly after messy moments. It's also BPA free.

A helpful part of potty training

During toilet learning, having supported feet and a steady step to climb on can make the whole routine feel more manageable for a child. The Step Stool gives them a child-sized way to reach the toilet or sink independently, and its simple, stylish design is made to blend in with the rest of your home rather than stand out.

  • Want to give a toddler a steady boost to reach the toilet, sink or kitchen counter
