Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...
  • Soft bamboo and cotton blend: Made to feel extra gentle against baby's delicate skin at bath time.
  • Set of three: Keep one in use, one drying and one spare between laundry cycles.
  • Baby-sized: Perfectly sized for little ones, so they're easy to hold and manoeuvre around small folds.
  • Quick and easy to launder: The compact size is simple to wring out and light to dry.
  • Boxed and gift-ready: Comes boxed, making it a practical option for a baby shower or new parents.
  • Colour options: Available in blue, grey, pink and white.

The Shnuggle Bamboo Wash Cloths are a set of three soft baby washcloths — also known as flannels — made from a bamboo and cotton blend that feels gentle against baby's delicate skin. Perfectly sized for little ones, they give you a small, easy-to-hold cleansing surface for face, hands and body during bath time.

A washcloth is one of those quiet layette basics you reach for every single day, so having a few on hand between laundry cycles makes the routine simpler. With three in a set, you can keep one in use, one drying and one spare. The compact size is easy to wring, easy to manoeuvre around small folds and creases, and light enough to launder and dry quickly.

Soft on delicate skin

The bamboo and cotton blend is chosen for extra softness, which matters when you're wiping a newborn's face or patting skin dry. A smaller cloth also gives you more control, so you can clean gently and precisely rather than wrestling with something bulky.

A thoughtful gift

The washcloths come boxed, which makes them an easy, practical present for a baby shower or a new arrival — the kind of everyday item parents always find a use for.
