Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

The Pigeon SofTouch Bottle Handle is a clip-on pair of handles that attaches to compatible Pigeon SofTouch™ BPP nursing bottles, giving your baby something easy to hold as they start drinking on their own. Designed for little hands, the shaped grip helps babies steady their bottle more comfortably during the move from nursing to weaning.

Handles are a simple way to support that in-between stage, where a baby is keen to feed more independently but doesn't yet have the coordination to manage a full bottle unaided. The grip fits either side of the bottle neck so small hands have a natural place to hold on, encouraging self-feeding at a pace that suits your baby.

Compatibility

These handles are designed to fit Pigeon SofTouch™ BPP Nursing Bottles (except Glass) in the 240 ml and 330 ml sizes. If you're already using a SofTouch™ BPP bottle in one of these sizes, the handles clip on and secure in place, so you can add them to your existing setup rather than buying a new bottle.

Materials and cleaning

The handles are made with 20% ISCC-certified Biomass-PP using a mass balance approach, alongside standard polypropylene, and are BPA and BPS free. They have a heat resistance of 120°C and can be cleaned using boiling, steam, chemical or UV sterilisation, so they slot into whatever cleaning routine you already have for your feeding equipment.

How to Use

  1. Assemble the handle onto the nursing bottle.
  2. Secure the handle by screwing the bottle cap into place before use.
  3. Make sure the handle sits properly on the neck of the bottle for a leak-free fit.

Before first use, clean the handle and place it in boiling water for five minutes. Before each use, wash the handle with Pigeon Liquid Cleanser, rinse thoroughly with warm water, and make sure hidden areas are washed and rinsed properly. For full care guidance, refer to the product instruction manual.

Pandylane Pro Tip: It's recommended to replace the handles once they start to discolour or turn cloudy, so it's worth keeping an eye on their condition over time.

Care & Maintenance

  • Before first use, clean the handle and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Before each use, wash with Pigeon Liquid Cleanser and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  • Ensure hidden areas are washed and rinsed properly.
  • Compatible sterilisation methods: Boiling, Steam, Chemical, UV.
  • Replace the product when it starts to discolour or turn cloudy.
