The Pigeon Flexible Curve Bottle 150ml is a narrow-neck baby bottle with an angled, curved body, designed to make everyday bottle feeding a little easier to hold and a little smoother to give. It works for expressed milk or formula, and comes fitted with a super-soft silicone Flexible™ Peristaltic teat in a slow "S" flow suited to newborns.
The standout feature is the shape. Instead of a straight barrel, the bottle curves so it sits naturally between your thumb and forefinger, which supports a comfortable feeding position and helps take some of the strain off your wrist during longer feeds. The upward feeding angle also helps guide milk towards the teat and keep bubbles away from the flow.
How it works
- Angled, curved body: The rounded side rests between thumb and forefinger for a steadier grip, supporting a more comfortable feeding position and easing wrist strain.
- Upward feeding angle: The curve helps direct milk towards the teat and pushes air bubbles away from it, which is designed to help keep the amount of air baby swallows lower.
- Flexible™ Peristaltic teat: A super-soft silicone teat with a double-thickness design that supports natural tongue movement during feeds.
- Built-in venting system: The teat has a ventilation system designed to help minimise swallowed air. As the category, anti-colic and venting designs describe a design intention rather than a guarantee that colic or wind will be reduced for a particular baby.
Materials and flow
The bottle body is made from PP (polypropylene) and holds up to 150 ml. The teat is a slow "S" flow, which is the gentlest stage and a sensible starting point for newborns. As your baby's feeding develops, faster flows within the Flexible™ range let you step up when the time is right.
How to use and clean
- Before the first use and after every feed, wash all parts thoroughly and sterilise.
- To assemble, insert the teat into the top of the cap/collar and press down firmly to check it is secure and sitting evenly.
- Press the teat to make sure the air ventilation system opens.
- Screw the collar onto the bottle.
To clean, take the bottle apart and wash all the parts in warm, soapy water. For thorough sterilising, use a bottle steriliser or boil the parts in water for 5 minutes.
Best for
The Pigeon Flexible Curve Bottle 150ml is a great option for parents who:
- Want a compact, narrow-neck bottle for a newborn on a slow flow
- Would like an angled shape that's easier to hold through longer feeds
- Are feeding expressed milk or formula and want a straightforward bottle to keep clean
It may not be the best fit if you:
Pandylane Pro Tip: Feeding pace is largely down to technique, not the bottle alone — keeping baby more upright, holding the bottle more horizontally and pausing for cues (often called paced feeding) can make feeds calmer regardless of the teat flow.
