How to clean and sterilise

Before the first use, place the soothers in boiling water for five minutes, using plenty of water so the silicone isn't damaged. For everyday cleaning, wash thoroughly with a mild washing-up liquid and then sterilise. The included box lets you steam sterilise in the microwave:

1. Place the soothers inside the case with the teats facing downward.
2. Add water up to the indicated line and close the lid.
3. Microwave for four minutes.
4. Carefully remove the case, pour out any remaining water, and let the soothers cool before use.

After cleaning or sterilising, squeeze the mouthpiece to press out any residual liquid and leave the soother to dry.
