Materials and cleaning

The cup is made from BPA-free polypropylene (PP) and produced in Germany. Before first use, place it in boiling water for five minutes, using enough water to avoid damage. To keep it hygienic, clean it thoroughly with a mild washing-up liquid and sterilise it before every further use, and always dismantle the cup into its component parts before boiling or steam-sterilising. NUK recommends using a NUK Steriliser.
