NUK First Choice Trial Pack

The NUK First Choice Trial Pack brings together a small selection of NUK feeding and nursing essentials in one bundle, giving you a low-commitment way to try pieces from the NUK First Choice system before building out a full set. It's a handy starting point whether you're putting your kit together during pregnancy or adding to an existing routine, and it covers a few different moments of the day — soothing, expressing and storing milk, and everyday comfort while nursing.

NUK Orthodontic Genius soother (0–6 months)

The NUK Genius soother is shaped to satisfy a baby's natural need to suck, which many little ones find calming and comforting. Its NUK Shape — a curved upper surface with a flatter underside — was developed together with medical experts and is designed to sit comfortably against the jaw and be kinder to teeth. This sample size is suited to the 0–6 month stage, giving you a chance to see how your baby takes to the shape.

NUK Temperature Control breast milk container

This container is made for hygienic storage of expressed breast milk, letting you store, freeze, warm and even feed from the same container without decanting between steps. It features the NUK Temperature Control Indicator — a thermometer-style marker set within the graduation lines that changes colour with the temperature of the contents. The indicator is normally blue and turns white if the feed is too hot, which is designed to help you get closer to body temperature (around 37°C) at feeding time.

It's compatible with the NUK Manual Breast Pump Jolie and the NUK First Choice+ Electric Breast Pump, as well as all NUK First Choice and First Choice+ teats, so it slots straight into the wider First Choice system. The container can be frozen for up to 6 months for longer storage and is designed to be reused.

NUK High Performance breast pads

These breast pads use a redeveloped, instantly absorbent fleece with micro-beads that NUK describes as 40% more absorbent, drawing liquid in and holding onto it. A structured inner fleece helps distribute the liquid evenly, while the anatomical 3D shape is designed to curve gently around the breast. The breathable material sits silky-smooth against your skin for everyday comfort.

Keeping everything clean

Before first use, place the bottles, teats, spouts and accessories in boiling water for five minutes, using plenty of water to avoid damage. For ongoing hygiene, clean thoroughly with a mild washing-up liquid and sterilise before every further use — always dismantling the container into its component parts before boiling or steam-sterilising.
