Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

The Nose Frida Aspirator Filters are a pack of 20 disposable hygiene filters for the NoseFrida SnotSucker nasal aspirator. Each filter sits inside the aspirator and is designed to stop mucus and germs from travelling up the tube while you clear your little one's stuffy nose. Frida says they're clinically proven to prevent the transfer of mucus or bacterial germs to the SnotSucker.

Frida recommends a fresh filter for every use, so a spare pack is worth keeping in the cupboard, especially through cold and flu season when you may be clearing noses several times a day.

How to use

  1. Make sure the NoseFrida parts are clean and dry, then insert a new filter as you snap the pieces together.
  2. Use the NoseFrida as normal. The large tube rests against the outside of the nostril, not inside it.
  3. After each session, remove and throw away the filter.

Pandylane Pro Tip: Keep a few spare filters in your nappy bag alongside the NoseFrida, so you have a clean one ready when you're out and about.
