Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

Goes great with ...

  • Safe materials: Made from 100% food-grade silicone and free from BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates.
  • Handy capacity: Holds 6 fl oz (175 mL), a manageable size for everyday drinks.
  • Leak-resistant lid: Designed to help keep spills in check when you're out and about.
  • Supports independence: The soft, easy-to-hold design encourages fine motor skill development and independent drinking.
  • Interchangeable lid: Works with the Mushie Silicone Sippy Cup, so you can swap lids between the two.
  • Easy to clean: Dishwasher- and microwave-safe, with a removable lid and straw for a proper wash.
  • From around six months: Suitable from six months and up, when many babies begin practising with a cup.

The Mushie Silicone Training Straw Cup is a soft silicone straw cup made to help little ones practise drinking on their own as they move from the bottle towards a cup. It pairs a removable lid with a soft silicone straw that's gentle on baby gums and toddler teeth, so sipping feels comfortable while your child gets the hang of a new skill. With its clean, minimalistic look, it's an easy fit for everyday drinks at home or in the nappy bag.

Crafted from 100% food-grade silicone, the cup holds 6 fl oz (175 mL) and is completely free from BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates. The leak-resistant lid helps keep spills in check when you're on the move, and because it's interchangeable with the Mushie Silicone Sippy Cup, you can swap lids between the two if you have both. It's suitable from around six months, which is roughly when many babies begin complementary feeding and start practising with a cup alongside milk feeds.

Designed for learning hands

The soft straw and light silicone body are shaped for small hands to hold and explore, which supports fine motor skill development and encourages independent drinking. As with any new drinking format, offering the cup with a caregiver nearby makes those first attempts easier and calmer.

Easy to clean and keep going

Straw cups can trap moisture and residue in the straw and lid, so easy cleaning matters. This cup is dishwasher- and microwave-safe, and the removable lid and straw come apart for a proper wash and dry between uses.

Best For

The Mushie Silicone Training Straw Cup is a great option for parents who:

  • Want a soft silicone straw cup to help their little one practise drinking independently
  • Are looking for a cup made from food-grade silicone that's free from BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates
  • Prefer a leak-resistant lid for drinks away from home
  • Already have, or plan to buy, the Mushie Silicone Sippy Cup and would like interchangeable lids

It may not be the best fit if you're looking for an open-cup format, or a larger-capacity bottle for older children.
