Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

  • Soft Food-Grade Silicone: Made from 100% food-grade silicone that's gentle on baby gums and toddler teeth.

  • Leak-Resistant Lid: The removable lid helps keep spills down and lifts off for quick, mess-free refills.
  • Right-Sized Capacity: Holds 6 fl. oz. (175 mL), suited to smaller drinks of water or milk through the day.

The Mushie Silicone Sippy Cup is a soft, one-piece silicone cup made to help your little one move from the bottle to drinking more independently. With easy-to-hold handles sized for tiny hands and a leak-resistant removable lid, it's built for that in-between stage where a toddler is keen to do it themselves but the spills are still very real.

Crafted from 100% food-grade silicone, the cup is gentle against baby gums and toddler teeth, and its 6 fl. oz. (175 mL) capacity suits smaller drinks of water or milk through the day. It's suitable from 6 months and up, making it a practical option as you introduce a cup alongside solids.

Designed for little hands learning to drink

The two handles give a small child something secure to grip, so they can lift and tip the cup themselves as they practise self-feeding. The soft silicone body flexes rather than clatters if it's dropped, and the leak-resistant lid lifts off for easy refills without becoming a soggy mess in the process.

Easy to clean and everyday-friendly

Because feeding little ones is messy enough already, the cup is both dishwasher- and microwave-safe, so cleaning and warming fit around your routine rather than adding to it. The removable lid also means you can get into every part of the cup when washing up.

Best For

The Mushie Silicone Sippy Cup is a great option for parents who:

  • Are helping a baby of 6 months or older move from bottle to cup
  • Want handles a toddler can grip while learning to drink on their own
  • Prefer a soft, food-grade silicone cup that's simple to clean

It may not be the best fit if you're after a fully sealed bottle for travel, as this lid is leak-resistant rather than leak-proof.

Pandylane Pro Tip: The lid is interchangeable with the Mushie Silicone Training Cup + Straw, so you can swap it over as your little one's drinking skills change without buying a whole new cup.

As with any cup at this stage, keep drinking times supervised while your little one is still learning.
