Fast Nationwide Delivery for R99

Delivery, sorted.

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, and hassle-free. While we do carry a lot of stock in our store, we do sometimes have to order in from suppliers.

Processing Time

If this item is in stock, it’s processed within 2 hours, often much quicker.

If this item needs to come in from our supplier, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to receive it. As soon as it arrives, we’ll pack your order and prep it for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is packed, it’s immediately booked with one of our courier partners. From there, delivery usually takes a couple days:

Gauteng
1-2 days
Cape Town, Durban, Main Centres
2-3 days
Regional & Outlying
2-5 days

Need it sooner?

If your item is in stock, you’ll also have the option for Urgent Delivery for R149. This books your order on our courier partner’s priority shipping option, which is usually a same or next day service.

Other Ways To Get Your Order

We’re flexible, and want to make sure you get your order in a way that works for you.

  • Click & Collect
  • Locker Delivery with PUDO or Bob Box
  • Pargo and PostNet available on request.

More About Timelines

Timelines are estimates, based on our averages and couriers’ commitments. We always aim to get your order to you quicker than this — but they’re not a guarantee. Wherever your order is in the journey, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns Made Easy

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on this product once it’s been opened. This is usually because:

  • It’s a hygiene or sanitary product
  • It’s single-use
  • It’s a final sale or clearance item

If there’s a defect or fault, though, it’s always covered as a warranty claim.

If the item is still unopened, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just request a return from your account or through our chat, and we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are always free within 7 days. After that, if you’re returning it because you’ve changed your mind, you may need to cover the return cost. You can send it back yourself, or we can arrange a courier and give you an upfront quote — direct from the courier. If your return is for any other reason, it’s free.

Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 Months Limited Warranty

This product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. As an authorised retailer, any purchase from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty — no exceptions.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor, so we’ll refer you to the right team to get your claim underway. That said, we don’t just hand you off and disappear — we stay involved and follow up from our side to help make sure your claim is resolved promptly.

For most claims, all you’ll need is proof of purchase.

The Mushie Robot Rattle Teether is a one-piece silicone teether designed for an awake baby to grasp, mouth and chew as teeth begin moving through the gums. With a playful robot-inspired design and a built-in rattle, it gives little hands something to hold and explore while the cheerful sound keeps baby engaged during a fussy teething moment.

The handles are shaped to be easy for small hands to grip, and the textured silicone surface is designed to massage the gums as baby chews. It's suitable from 3 months and up, though grasp ability, mouthing behaviour and supervision all matter alongside the recommended age.

Made from food-grade silicone

The teether is made from high-quality, food-grade silicone that is free of BPA, BPS, PVC and phthalates. It has been third-party tested to meet CPSIA, ASTM and Prop 65 standards, so you know exactly what your baby is putting in their mouth. The smooth silicone is also gentle on sore gums and simple to keep clean.

How to clean

Wash with warm water and mild soap, or clean it on the top rack of the dishwasher or in a steam steriliser. To sterilise, boil for 5 minutes. Avoid harsh or scented cleaners, and check the teether regularly for any cuts, splits or wear.

Best For

The Mushie Robot Rattle Teether is a great option for parents who:

  • Want a hand-held teether for a baby from around 3 months who is starting to mouth and chew
  • Are looking for a textured silicone surface with easy-to-grip handles
  • Like the added sensory play of a built-in rattle
  • Prefer a one-piece design that's straightforward to wash, sterilise and inspect

Please note

This teether is for awake, directly supervised use only. Keep it out of the cot and infant sleep space, never attach it to a cord or around baby's neck, and don't freeze it. Replace it if you notice any damage such as cuts, swelling or splits in the silicone.
